Rather than reiterate the list of everything that other property management groups offer, we at Renee Morgan Realty would just like to assure you that our property managers are hands-on professionals who take pride in their work, understand their client’s requirements and provide all the services that some others might see as extras.

Potential clients past behaviour patterns and ability-to-pay credentials are thoroughly checked, monthly inspections are automatically scheduled and of course we will pay your water and Council rates and organize tax depreciation or building reports should you require us to do so.

There are no services offered by any other agents that we do not include as part of the service in our meticulous management of your asset and we would welcome the opportunity to prove this to you. In short and without false modesty, we do everything the others do – just better!
